REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to help.
RETURNS
You have 14 Calendar Days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the condition you received it in and sent back in its original packaging. We will also need a Proof of Purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive the item it will be checked over by our team. We will notify you about the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If the return is approved for a refund we will then issues a refund to the original payment method. This could take up to a few days to receive.
SHIPPING
When returning an item you will are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
